NABEA is excited to host an educational workshop on Understanding Cultural Differences: How to Prepare for Going Abroad with Brianna Harrison, equipping participants with a practical framework for navigating cross-cultural environments across Asia and beyond.

The session will explore the foundations of culture — from Hofstede's Six Dimensions and Molinsky's cultural framework to the often-overlooked iceberg of visible versus invisible cultural norms. Participants will examine how communication styles, power dynamics, and social values differ across countries, including China, South Korea, Japan, and others represented within NABEA's community.
