NABEA hosted a virtual information session with Nkima Stephenson for students and early-career professionals interested in the Schwarzman Scholars program — one of the most competitive graduate fellowships focused on U.S.-China relations and global leadership.

The session brought together Schwarzman program advisors to walk prospective applicants through the fellowship experience, what makes an application competitive, and how engagement with China can shape careers in foreign policy, business, and beyond.

Participants asked questions, heard firsthand accounts of life at Tsinghua University in Beijing, and connected with a community of Black professionals navigating the China space.
